Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and purchases made on psage.app. It is part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with them.

Payments are processed by an authorized third-party payment processor acting as Merchant of Record. The payment processor may apply its own buyer protections, refund rules, and consumer-law procedures where required in your jurisdiction.


1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Purchases)

If you are purchasing a paid subscription (Pro or Business) for the first time and you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial payment.

Conditions:

  • The request must be made within 7 calendar days of the first payment;
  • The refund applies only to the first billing cycle of your first paid subscription;
  • Refunds are not available for subsequent renewal payments under this guarantee;
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method via the payment processor.

To request a refund under this guarantee, email support@psage.app with your account email and the payment processor order, receipt, or invoice number.


2. Recurring Renewal Payments

After the 7-day window, recurring monthly or annual renewal payments are non-refundable except in the following cases:

2.1 Accidental Renewal

If your subscription renewed automatically and you did not use the Service in the new billing period (no videos generated, no logins), you may request a refund for that renewal payment within 7 days of the renewal charge. Pro-rated or partial refunds may be granted at our discretion if limited use occurred.

2.2 Service Failure

If a material defect in the Service prevents you from using the paid features you subscribed to (for example, rendering is unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours due to our fault, or your Quota is incorrectly blocked due to a billing error), you may request a refund or credit for the affected period.

2.3 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were charged twice for the same subscription period, or charged after proven cancellation, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous charge in full.


3. Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions (where offered):

  • The 7-day money-back guarantee in Section 1 applies to the initial annual purchase;
  • After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent the next annual renewal;
  • If you cancel mid-year, you retain access to the paid features until the end of the prepaid period; no pro-rated refund is issued for unused months, except in the cases described in Section 2.

4. One-Time Add-Ons

One-time purchases (such as add-on video credits, where offered) are non-refundable once the credits have been consumed.

If you purchased an add-on but none of the credits have been used, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.


5. No Refunds

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after using the Service and generating videos;
  • You violated the Terms of Service and your account was suspended or terminated;
  • You are requesting a refund for a subscription period that ended more than 7 days ago and is not covered by Sections 2 or 3;
  • You forgot to cancel and more than 7 days have passed since the renewal, without the additional conditions in Section 2.1 being met;
  • You are unable or unwilling to provide the account email and order/invoice number needed to verify the purchase.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@psage.app from the email address associated with your Psage account;
  2. Include the payment processor order, receipt, or invoice number (found in your payment receipt);
  3. Briefly state the reason for the refund request (this helps us improve the product).

We will respond within 5 business days with a decision. Approved refunds are processed by the payment processor and typically appear on your payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


7. Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Where your local law grants refund rights that are broader than those described here, those statutory rights will apply.

EU/UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. However, where permitted by law, this right may be waived once you expressly request immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost as soon as video generation begins.

Where required, we may ask you at checkout or before your first generation to confirm the following: "I request immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that my withdrawal right may be lost once video generation begins."

By starting to use Psage's generation features after this acknowledgement, you acknowledge this waiver.


8. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend your account pending resolution of the dispute;
  • Terminate your account if the chargeback is ruled in your favor but the underlying complaint could have been resolved by direct support.

We strongly prefer to resolve billing issues directly. Please contact support@psage.app before initiating a chargeback β€” we are responsive and will work with you in good faith.
